A tedious final instalment in which the three young victors grapple with their past actions and future status, and talk, talk, talk. The plot has nowhere interesting to go, resolving itself into a video game-style infiltration of the various levels of the metropolis, and ending with a political double coup de grâce we have long passed caring about. After all of which, amazingly, the trains are still running.
