Synopsis:

If you like torture movies with a streak of black humour running through them, then this is likely for you. The levity does not quite render some of the scenes easily viewable by the conventional filmgoer, but it does meld effectively with the general air of ironic cruelty. Sideswipes at Jewish fears of the adjacent Arab culture further lend originality to what might have been another sick serial killer picture with a difference. The titular label by the end encompasses not just the rogue paedophile but the entire male population, and thus comments implicitly on Israeli collusion in civilian atrocities of a less covert kind.
