O, Pakula, whither hast thou fallen? Can this really be the producer-director of those seventies masterpieces? Well, yes, and there is little more to be said for this by-numbers sex thriller after Fatal Attraction than that it is less 'table-clearing sex' and more 'peril in the home' thriller. (Cf.
