A return to the colourful antics of The Great Race etc. via the exploitation-fuelled imitations of Death Race 2000, this rather desperate comedy exists pretty much for former stunt director Needham to stage one long car chase. In fact, if one were being generous one might term it the apotheosis of that seventies staple.
