What could have been an intriguing premise for an apocalyptic S-F thriller instead becomes a concept at the service of puerile fantasy. Every Men in Black/Mars Attacks gag and special effect are meted out for renewed laughs, only with a crude "Animal House", fraternity humoured vein running through it all. Characterisation respects every cliché, apparently in a bid to offend as many groups as possible.
