Flashpoint (1984)
Country: US
Technical: col 94m
Director: William Tannen
Cast: Kris Kristofferson, Treat Williams, Rip Torn
Synopsis:
Texas border guards find a jeep with a skeleton, a scoped rifle and a box of cash, and before long their investigations place them in fear for their own lives at the hands of federal agents.
Review:
Nicely understated film addition to the speculation surrounding the Kennedy assassination; nothing spectacular, but handsomely mounted on the Mexican border, unexcessive and ably performed. The scenario, however, has left one or two loose ends in its concentration on economy.
