An Innocent Man (1989)
Country: US
Technical: col 113m
Director: Peter Yates
Cast: Tom Selleck, F. Murray Abraham
Synopsis:
An airport employee is framed by a couple of bent cops, goes to jail, and returns intent on getting even.
Review:
Not as straightforwardly formulaic as a synopsis would suggest, since it is does concentrate to some extent on Selleck's moral dilemma, both in prison and on his return to civilian life; but he is miscast really and only Murray Abraham affords compelling viewing as a longstanding convict.
