Moscow on the Hudson (1984)
Country: US
Technical: col 117m
Director: Paul Mazursky
Cast: Robin Williams, Maria Conchita Alonso
Synopsis:
A down-and-out Russian arrives in New York is search of asylum.
Review:
Often touching, if at times a little too reminiscent of Ninotchka for its own reality's sake, this was an early attempt to marry the star of Mork and Mindy to a movie-size role that wasn't swamped by sentiment or his own ego. In this Mazursky was probably a good choice as director.
