Toy Story (1995)

£0.00

Country: US
Technical: col 80m
Director: John Lasseter
Cast: animated

Synopsis:

Toys belonging to a small boy about to move house are filled with consternation when his new birthday present turns out to be a Buzz LightYear action figure, not least the reigning favourite, Woody the cowboy.

Review:

The first feature length cartoon achieved solely through computer animation is a spry, ingenious affair executed with enough verbal wit and nods to other movies to make it equally entertaining for adults. The seamless technical precision one would expect is nonetheless at the service of visuals which are both fantastic and characterful.
