As the summary reveals, there is more than one unlikely coincidence to be found in this caper/thriller, and few of the conventional compensations of humour and suspense, just the customary Boyle elements of laddish casting, designer visuals and repellent detail, making London look like every yuppie's dream turned nightmare. The leads are worth watching, with the exception of McAvoy, who is again saddled with his one-note Scottish wide boy act.
